Registration Deadline: May 1, 2012

Registrations will not be accepted after the deadline.

Cancellations must be recieved in writing by May 1 via email @ kerri.green@acifa.ca. Refunds, minus a $5.00 processing fee, will be processed after the conference. You are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend.

Early Bird Registration Draw: All paid registrations received by April 1, 2012, will be eligible for an early bird prize draw of $250.00.
