Event Wizard is primarily an online registration tool that allows you to build and manage event registration websites. We utilize template driven registration forms and html editors that enable you to build successful registration websites without having to be a web developer.

There are two versions of Event Wizard; Standard and Pro. Event Wizard Pro is an enhanced version of Event Wizard Standard. If you’re unsure which one is right for your event click here to compare, but keep in mind you only need one license to use either version. In addition, you will soon have the ability to add fully integrated applications such as an Abstract Wizard into your account, thus keeping all of your applications and data in one place.

Our online registration pricing model is simple. Only two items are required to launch your event registration site.

1. Access & Support Fee - $125.00 per month (any number of months)
2. Registrations
  • Event Wizard Standard - $1.25
  • Event Wizard Pro - $3.50

There are absolutely NO hidden costs, NO sign up fees and NO annual fees

If you need to process credit cards, we integrate seamlessly with many merchant account providers. In addition we are also Payment Card Industry compliant, meaning your registrants personal credit card details are secured to the highest standard.
