January 6, 2012 (v5.2)

New Features

  • New Online Payment Page “Try again” button on failure page, which sends user back to the previous page increasing the likelihood of a completed payment.
  • Hooked credits remaining dollar amount in the top right corner of account pages to now show equivalent dollar amount as it relates to remaining credits.

Issues Fixed

  • There was a bug in the payment confirmation email where, under certain circumstances, the registrant’s email address was not being pulled from the database properly, this has been fixed.
  • Custom Reports – click on the “view” icon shows the report properly but clicking on the report name caused a server error, this is now fixed.
  • Users are forced to enter at least 3 characters for the venue when creating a new event, this has been eliminated.

  • Revamped support ticket design and functionality; also added the ability to edit tickets/responses and mark them as “unread”
  • Direct To Payment option – use this option in ‘Payment Process’ to send your registrants straight to the payment page

Issues Fixed

  • When an event only had one language and English was turned off, viewing the event still directed the user to view the event in English
  • Multiple preventative fixes on dropdown & radio button pages – cannot delete options or add options on alternative language sides
  • Fixed issue with print function in Windows version of Chrome

August 24, 2011 (v5.1.4)

New Features

  • A new email type (“Update”) has been added: whenever a registrant updates their information, they will receive an email with their changes (if enabled)
  • PayPal Payflow gateway has been added
  • The My Events page can now be ordered by event title, number of registrations, and event status; by default, it is ordered by the date the event takes place, with the closest events displayed first
  • New version of HTML editor (v3.6.1)

Issues Fixed

  • Login issues in Internet Explorer 9, these have been resolved
  • Various errors with the navigation menu in the reports section have been addressed
  • Optimized the viewing experience for iPad users; back-end tools and front-end websites appear as they should
  • Online/Offline payment buttons on the thank you page have been converted from images to translatable text buttons
  • Added event theme styling to publicly viewable user reports

  • Registration form error checking now working properly for radio button groups
  • No longer displaying discount/complimentary codes on the Thank You page

  • The PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification) system has been fixed for group registration
  • Fixed issue where if a user left the “Notification Email Address” field blank in the Confirmation Email or Payment Confirmation area, an error would occur during registration

Issues Fixed

  • Custom Report downloads now show in the same order as the fields on the registration form

Issues Fixed

  • Inconsistencies with By Payment Method numbers between Reports and Excel downloads have been resolved
  • When an event is in Pending Cancellation it is no longer open to public registration
  • When an event is closed, clients entering the registration form through the reports are able to enter a registration manually
  • Payment Process task has been simplified: Online Payment – user must now simply choose a gateway from the drop-down list. Offline Payment – user must check off one or more of the offline payment options and provide instructions for each method chosen
  • Change Event Status page has been completely restructured and simplified
  • Hiding/unhiding a page now hides navigation link as well
  • Using Canadian DCYE Gateway – when adding a fee, user is now notified of mandatory adding of HST so that they don’t their own custom tax to cover this

Issues Fixed

  • If an event is only using one language the language changer dropdown in the task list is no longer empty
  • An event’s Invoicer Information now must have at least 3 fields worth of criteria or the area is hidden, (prevents ‘AB, CANADA’ situations)
  • Secondary Change Event Status button now working correctly
